Why haven't I received my activation email?
Web Mail users: (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo):
To avoid our emails being seen as spam, please add the address 'codem@codemasters.com' to your address book.
Other email users:
If you have a firewall which uses email or spam filtering rules, please configure them or ask your IT department to accept emails from 'codem@codemasters.com'
Please note - you have 5 days after signing up to activate your account, after which your details will be automatically deleted from our database. If your account has been removed you will need to sign up again.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Use the Forgotten your Password page, A new password will automatically be generated and emailed to you straight away.

How do I update my Code M User Profile?
Log into Code M through the Code M sign-in box on the home page and click on the ‘My User Profile’ link, under ‘My Code M’. Here you can update your user profile, change your email address and password. Please remember to click the ‘Update My Profile’ button at the bottom of the page top save any changes.

Wish to unsubscribe from Code M emails?
Log into Code M and click on ‘My User Profile’ link, under ‘My Code M’. Once in your user profile, uncheck the ‘Code M Newsletter’ box and/or ‘Tell us which games you are interested in’ box which can be found under ‘Stay ahead of the game with Codemasters FREE email alert service’ and click the button at the end of the page to update your profile. You will still be a Code M member however you will not receive any further emails from us.

Where do I go to register for free cheat codes?
Free cheat codes can be obtained by logging into Code M and then going to
www.codemasters.co.uk/register Choose the game you want cheat codes for from the drop down box, please make sure the right game has been selected, and then click the button to complete your registration. You cheat codes will then be sent to you by email.

What if I receive the wrong cheat codes?
You are allowed to register for each game once, after that the database recognises that you have already registered for the cheat codes and a message will appear to say you cannot access the free cheats. If you try to access the free cheat codes and a message appears to telling you ‘You have already registered for this game’ please contact codem@codemasters.com stating which game you want cheat codes for and someone will email the cheat codes to you as soon as possible.

How do I obtain Bonus codes?
You can buy bonus codes for several Codemasters games, by going to www.codemasters.co.uk/cheats. Either call your country's telephone number for the game bonus codes your require or click the 'Buy bonus codes online now' button to continue through to buy bonus codes online.

Unable to download a patch/demo from our website?
Having problems with a particular download? Check that your PC meets the minimum requirements for the download. Our FTP server is very busy at the moment which is making accessing downloads difficulty at peak times; please try to download the file again later. If you still encounter problems, like when you try to unzip a downloaded file and you receive an ‘Invalid File’ message you may need to install a File Download Manager, which will allow you to resume a download at a later date if you internet connection breaks. Please also make sure you are able to access FTP servers from your computer.
