0410 – The update is currently in the process of being localised into English from Korean, at this stage everything looks to be running smoothly though little additional information is available. We are still waiting for new assets in relation to this update from CCR and are hopeful that we will have something new to show you soon.

All Codemasters websites and forums will be brought down on Wednesday morning at 8.00am UK time (GMT + 1) for a period of three hours. This downtime is in order to allow us to move our servers to new data centres across the world.

None of the Codemasters game sites, corporate sites or community forums will be available during this time.

Due to the nature of the maintenance, we ask that you DO NOT make any changes to your CodeM account profile after 5pm Tuesday 22nd April as any changes made may not be carried across to the new servers. Please wait until Friday 25th April before attempting to change any CodeM account details, thank you.

For our MMO customers, please note that access to the games will not be affected by this maintenance. The player account system will also be available and operating normally during this time. The game launcher news however may be slightly out of date temporarily whilst the back ups are taken and loaded onto the new servers.

In an attempt to reduce fraud we have implemented a new process for approving players who wish to make in-game payments. Any RF Online or ArchLord player who wishes to make micro-transaction purchases should login to their Codemasters Online Player Account page where they will see a new button on their subscription line which will allow them to request approval from Codemasters to make these purchases. It is important that when you make this application you ensure your personal details are correct for our records. If you need to update your details you will be presented with a form to edit them. Applications that have incorrect or invalid details will be declined. Players with declined accounts will however still be able to login and play the game, they just will not be permitted to make micro-transaction purchases. Should your request be declined you may appeal to our Customer Services team via the webform at http://www.codemasters.co.uk/support/appeals.php. Codemasters Online regrets having to introduce an added layer to allow our legitimate players to make micro-transaction payments but we feel it necessary to reduce the incidents of fraudulent activity and the presence of RMT (Real Money Traders) and gold farmers in-game.
