Problem

Early in the game Ross falls down a hole and the cinematics simply reoccur with your character repeatedly falling down into the hole.

Solution

This is the first survival event in the game, so you need to press the direction commands in time with the on-screen prompts. Please see the game's manual for more information on the survival events.

Problem

During survival events, it is not possible to use the up, down etc. keys if they have been redefined from the default controls.

Solution

You must either use the WASD or the cursor keys during the survival events

Problem

The game stalls or crashes when entering the main menu of the game.

Can you download and install the latest PhysX drivers (which are used in the game), from here...
